Question 4:
You are appointed as a consultant for a proposed double storey link house project and have to advise your client regarding window, doors and ironmongeries that are suitable to be installed.
a) Explain the differences between hollow core flush door, solid timber door and glazed door together with TWO (2) advantages and TWO (2) disadvantages for each type of door.
b) There are two types of casement windows used to improve building design. Explain the differences between both types.
Presentation Slides
In this assignment, I learnt the properties of different types of doors and windows. Different types have different advantages and disadvantages. I also learnt that which doors use in which space is suitable.
As this is a group assignment, communication is very important in this assignment. We voiced out our opinion on how to make the slides more attract attention and nice.
As a team, we worked as a team. We did our own work that had assigned by our team leader and also will help each other to find their information.
